Brakes, near Chattanooga, TennesseeSO SO KIND. At my emissions testing, I was told that there was a problem with my car (diagnostic plug unattached). I went to MAXI to have them check it out. George came out in the cold rain with me to look at my car. Back inside, Stephen explained clearly to me what the problem was. He said it was really only an aesthetic issue, and that it wouldn't be worth the money to fix. Both men were kind and patient, and I wasn't charged for an unnecessary fix! I am VERY satisfied by the service and care I received at MAXI.

I had a loud rattle in my car and couldn't figure out what it was. Within 45 minutes they had test drove it, found the problem and fixed it. Turns out it was a bent piece of metal on my undercarriage hitting my exhaust which was caused by yours truly and they took great care of me. I will definitely be back and make sure my wife comes here as well. -
